When temperatures rise so do crime rates. This article was the birth moment of our crime prevention concept as the simple reverse conclusion was, when temperatures drop so do crime rates. Unfortunately, there are worldwide no statistics which compare present weather conditions with crime rates. But simple logic applied again, creating bad weather conditions on spot and on demand assists in preventing crime in planning or progress. We decided for rain as the easiest and most reliable way to reach this goal: unexpected surprise, a high grade of direct impact, and most inconvenience with minimum effort, and most important, within the legal framework.
Our active defence units are based on water cannons, worldwide applied and approved to curb riots, but reasonable downsized and adopted to realistic domestic threats, and feed directly from the pressure of your water outlets. You may say, slightly similar to an irrigation system but with a crucial difference: we switch the pressurised water immediately at the nozzle, directed, and on point. To increase the efficiency we recommend hot water (if available), and/ or mixtures with liquid enhancers like dye, smelling, foaming or itching agents, depending on the desired effect.
Most important to keep criminals out of your secure comfort zone are our in-house developed automated/ semi-automated, and precise trigger units, installed at all critical points of entry.

Our original web domain roteck.co.za was recently hijacked for ransom by a criminal “web developer” from Pretoria, pretending to be a professional. Special thanks to the enablers and supporters, Register Domain SA and ZA Registry Consortium.
It took us 5 “professionals”, lots of time and patience to refurbish our web presence. The first two disappeared after receiving a deposit; the 3rd one actually did a good job, unfortunately chose a hostile hosting environment without any access and control, and showed up a very unprofessional behavior, after my request to release me from the hosting jail. The 4th one was even worse and hijacked the domain, supported by Register Domain SA and ZA Registry Consortium.
Finally, Warren from Warrenweb fixed the mess, quick, honest, and affordable.
